Phillip “Phil” Hambrick, 64, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Cox Funeral Home Benton Chapel with the Rev. Scott Davey officiating. Arrangements are by Cox Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive.
Phillip Hambrick of Amarillo, Texas passed away Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015, at age 64. He was born Feb. 5, 1950, in Norman, Okla.
He married Jo Carol Truesdale on Feb. 15, 1974, in Amarillo. He was a devoted Christian, husband, father and grandfather. His passions included primarily his grandkids, but he also enjoyed woodworking, the Beatles and loved the Dallas Cowboys.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Jo Carol; and a sister, Vickie Marks.
Survivors include his sons, Larry Evans and wife Debbie and Paul Hambrick and wife Rose; his grandchildren, Jacob and Abigail Evans and Jackson and Benjamin Hambrick; and a sister, Elaine Lawless.
